PDS Tech Inc Customer Service Associate in Wichita, Kansas

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wichita, KS.

  • This individual will be working in a service center doing primarily data entry and customer service.

  • Customers of the service center will call this person to check on the status of repairs, ask billing/pricing questions and get estimated repair timelines.

  • All customer transactions will be recorded via a large database (SAP) so much of this person's time will be spent with such data entry.


  • US citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Someone who will enjoy a lot of data entry

  • Good, solid customer service skills.

  • This person must have the capacity to always maintain a professional presence over the phone - even when dealing with angry customers


  • SAP, if not we will train

  • MS Office: Word, Excel


  • Shift options: 8am-4:30pm or 12pm-8:30pm

  • Two positions available, one opens boxes and one ships boxes- boxes contain repaired units including their paperwork. Opening the boxes includes physically opening the box the unit is in, matching it up with paperwork, and taking the correct section of the unit to the shop for repair. Shipping boxes includes packaging up the repaired units, matching the paperwork, and getting the boxes ready to ship.
