6 month contract to hire. Must be US Citizen to qualify

  • T his position is for a data analytical and database driven type individual to develop and design functional databases and interactive/dynamic dashboards and tools within company Systems.

  • The goal of these tools/systems is to deliver pertinent data to all levels of management to help teams make smarter decisions and deliver better products with regards to business intelligence.

  • The candidate will be required to work closely with multiple stakeholders and leaders to analyze and validate data visualization and business intelligence requirements.

  • The candidate will utilize their skill set to develop strategies in an effort to standardize and automate processes and systems based on their analytics and research.

  • The candidate must have experience developing tools within a database-like platform (MS Access, Oracle, SQL), and is strongly preferred to have direct MS Access Database experience.

  • Will be able to design, implement and maintain all functions of database systems, including access, methods and time, device allocations, validation checks, organization, security, documentation and statistical methodology for metrics and measures collaboration.

  • Ability to assist in development of systems and procedures affecting database management, design and maintenance.

  • SQL skills and an understanding of concepts within a relational databases is preferred

  • Strong personal computer knowledge with strong aptitude in spreadsheet and database development including MS Access and MS Exce

  • Firm understanding of project management fundamentals

  • Ability to turn an idea/schematic into an operational system/or tool

Experience Required:

  • The candidate must have experience developing and maintaining relational databases, and is strongly preferred to have direct MS Access experience

  • Direct experience with data collaboration in platforms such as MS Access and MS Excel

  • Experience with data analytics software is a plus (Power BI, SAS, Splunk)

  • Understanding and knowledge of measurement and analysis tools to quantify performance levels of those supporting and provide meaningful metrics for better decision making

  • 2+ years of direct MS Access database experience

  • 2+ years of direct database management, design, maintenance, and/or implementation

Education Required:

  • At a MINIMUM Relevant Associate’s degree plus an additional six (6) years of experience in a metrics/planning/coordinating function or equivalent on-the-job experience; or, Relevant Bachelor’s degree plus an additional two (2) years of experience in a metrics/planning/coordinating function or equivalent on-the-job experience

Education Preferred:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree plus an additional two (4) years of direct experience in a metrics/planning/coordinating function or equivalent on-the-job experience
